Kuartal develops sovereign, customer-controlled AI for governments, banks, healthcare and other institutions across markets. Kuartal Cortex, Bedrock, Harness and Agentic Satellite form the specialist intelligence stack, alongside the Group's investment and regional work. The Group began in 2021 and became Kuartal in 2026.

We have a view about what an economy is for: regenerative and fair. But no sponsor, client, government or preference of our own decides what a piece of analysis concludes. The evidence does.

A reader, or an investor, should always be able to see why we said what we said. We ask people to trust the evidence, never the author.

Every thesis we back is accompanied by the most serious opposing argument, stated in its strongest form, plus what evidence would prove us wrong.
